DOG POO BAGS DISPENSER   LOCATED IN COLBURN   KEEPING RICHMONDSHIRE CLEAN    The campaign to clear Richmondshire of dog fouling has taken a step forward.  Dog owners can now access free dog poo bags at 16 dispensers across the district.
