RICHMOND  CENTRE IS  MOVING FROM  RICHMOND LIBRARY. Richmond Information Centre is moving The volunteer run centre, which provides resources for both locals and visitors, will reopen in the town’s Market Hall once coronavirus restrictions allow. AIR QUALITY REPORT FROM RICHMONDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL Air quality in Richmondshire improves for second month running Most of the sites measured by our Environmental Health team showed that levels of air pollution recorded in April were 50% lower than 12 months ago.
